Commitment to Intellectual Property
A Andes is committed to protecting intellectual property. We aim to ensure all content published on aandes.com either belongs to us or is used with proper authorization. We respond promptly to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

Please use this email address solely for DMCA-related matters. Other inquiries will not receive a response through this channel.
Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notice allows you to dispute the original claim.
Your counter-notification must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location on aandes.com where the material appeared before its removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- The subscriber’s name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if the subscriber’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which A Andes may be found), and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Send your counter-notification to our Designated Agent at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced within 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notification.
Repeat Infringer Policy
A Andes enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. A “repeat infringer” is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once or has had infringing material removed from their account multiple times. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access to our services.
